Pathfinders:Empowering MENtorship Program
Our mentoring program aims to connect masculine transgender individuals with experienced mentors who can provide support, guidance, and mentorship. The program is designed to help individuals navigate the challenges of being transgender in the South and to provide them with the resources and support they need to thrive.
Program Goals
Provide transmasculine individuals with a safe and supportive space to discuss their experiences and accomplish goals and learn new skillsets to help them on their journey of transition.
Connect individuals with experienced mentors who can provide guidance and support
Provide individuals with access to resources and support to advance their life goals throughout the program.
Program Structure
Mentors and mentees will be matched based on shared interests and experiences. Throughout this a 6 month program mentors and mentee will have ample support from My Brother Too.
Mentors will provide guidance and support to their mentees through their extensive knowledge and experiences.
Mentors and mentee will establish a relationship through weekly check-ins and monthly luncheons.
The program will foster an environment of growth and encouragement for mentees to accomplish their established goals.
Program Evaluation
The program will be evaluated on an ongoing basis to ensure that it is meeting the needs of participants.
Participants will be asked to provide feedback on their experiences and the effectiveness of the program.
The program will be adjusted as necessary to ensure that it meets the needs of participants.
